Švyturis Baltijos is a strong beer of dark amber colour. It stands out with its brownish and particularly thick foam, rich and sweetish taste of caramel that has a longlasting undertaste.

This Märzen-style beer is the oldest brand of beer produced by Svyturys, the original recipe of which was created in 1960. In 2002 Baltijos won a Bronze Award at the World Beer Cup (USA) in the beer category of German Style Märzen/Oktoberfest.

1998, Švyturys Baltijos received the Gold Medal and was named “The Lithuanian Product of the Year“ at the competition arranged by the Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists.
